Two more sights in Florence
We wound up the day with a visit to the Duomo in Florence. Then back to the hotel. I include a snap of the Palazzo Vecchio with the phony David in front. Great sights.

Monday in Amsterdam
We visited with Marcel Zwitser and his beloved on Monday in Zwolle. Before have my a very nice dinner with them, we stopped at Marcel’s place where I spied a couple of really interesting books.
On to Sweden
On Thursday, after leaving Amsterdam, we flew to Copenhagen on an SAS Embraer, rented a car, and drove to Malmo, Sweden. Upon arriving in Copenhagen, we saw something unexpectedly familiar. The weather was unusually windy, which made crossing the bridge across the North/Baltic Sea a bit dicey. Interesting half-hour drive. The four short posts on the left are the four enormous supports for the incredibly high (don’t look down) bridge.
